This Vietnamese duo in Soho and Hoxton are a good bet for “hugely tasty” and “great-value” southeast Asian food. Founder Hieu Trung Bui has been a major force in popularising Vietnamese cuisine in the capital for 20 years; he also owns Viet Grill in Shoreditch and the three Keu delis, specialising in ‘banh mi’ (stuffed baguettes).
