Harden's survey result
Summary
This Highbury operation started out as a catering company but has developed into a popular all-day café/restaurant serving highly rated modern European cooking, with evening meals on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Summary
Originally a catering company, Frank’s Canteen has been a Highbury fixture since 2014 and has progressed from weekend-only brunches to supper clubs, and – from late 2019 – to serving simple weeknight dinners (dishes such as hispi cabbage with cashew cheese). It reopened with a few outside tables in April 2021, and opening times look set to grow again over time. Limited initial feedback, but all positive.
For 32 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
