On a most chichi little thoroughfare, this café/bar and all-day restaurant is part of nearby luxury boutique hotel 100 Cadogan Gardens. It charges Chelsea prices from breakfast on, but fans say it’s a “perfect spot to have lunch when on a shopping expedition”.

Only upbeat feedback this year on this “excellent spot behind Sloane Square in made-over Hans Mews” – a food operation that’s part of nearby luxury boutique hotel, 11 Cadogan Gardens, recommended by fans “for a casual lunch from its eclectic menu” of salads, sharing plates and meat or fish ‘bowls’.

“A good addition to the area, but standards can be a bit rough and ready” is a balanced view on this “nice, bright venue” in a super-cute enclave off Sloane Street that’s part of nearby luxury boutique hotel, 11 Cadogan Gardens. On most accounts, its “all-day menu is not too expensive for the area” making it a versatile choice for a meet-up in Chelsea; but there’s the odd ‘off’ report of meals “offering a masterclass of how not to do it”.

For 32 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"Popular if noisy lunch spot adjacent to Peter Jones and popular with its customers. Fairly routine cafe options for the area with little of interest."
