"I read a long article about how the owner could not find a decent bagel in London, so I bought a selection of bagels. My grandmother made bagels so I know what a good bagel should taste like; it is first boiled and then baked. It’s bagels are not good bagels; they are bready and the cinnamon and raising bagel is worse than supermarket bagels. Filled bagels at It’s may be better but these are very indifferent bagels and I have found much better elsewhere in London."
