For 32 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

The Beckford Bottle Shop Restaurant Diner Reviews
"We love it here, delicious small plates and an interesting and good value wine list. Really nice atmosphere too, in summer it's an absolute sun trap to sit outside under the awnings. In winter it's cosy and candlelit. the zucchini friti are a favorite."
"Great place to sit outside in good weather and watch the world go by. Good winelist and delicious small plate menu with changing specials to tempt. Cooking is excellent and friendly service too."
"Interesting restaurant set in a bottle shop. Food was good - very good courgette fritti dish but others not quite as good - my dessert was very good chocolate mousse and malt"
"Very enjoyable small plates wine bar."
