This Uruguayan-inspired grill specialist brings a new take on chicken and steak cooking to the Arcade foodhall in the old Battersea Power Station. Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng, the chef couple behind the long-running East-meets-West project TATA Eatery, want to create the atmosphere of informal joints in Montevideo's old market place.
