Harden's says
Vegan Soho chef-patron Alexis Gauthier spun out his meat-free cuisine with the July 2023 opening of two new venues in the BFI Building in Stephen Street, north of Oxford Street. Studio Gauthier is a more relaxed showcase for the upmarket veggie cuisine featured at his flagship, while 123V Bakery offers lighter bites to eat in or take away.
